About Us

 

Armed with a brush, some paints and a few glass bottles, we started on a little mission to handpaint gifts for our
friends & family in 2015. Since then, we couldn’t stop!

 

Sunshine & Love is about the creation of happy handpainted gifts from your everyday objects like mason jars, plates, mugs, glass bottles and even pasta sauce bottles!

 

We love seeing these seemingly mundane items get transformed into unique works of art that can be used as vases, drinking jars, stationery holders, money banks, home decoration items etc. Every piece created is unique and 100% handpainted!

 

We also conduct craft workshops for team bonding sessions, birthday parties, and other occasions.

The Sunshine Story

 

After going through a rough patch in life, Chief Painter Amelia knew that in order to get better, she had to relook into ways to make her life count for the better and doing things intentionally to stay positive.

 

It was during a trip to Perth in Spring time that she was inspired by the season’s awakening from Winter, where flowers bloom & new life begins that Sunshine&Love was born.

 

Combining her love for art, crafts and collecting odds & ends, she started creating art on everyday objects in hope of sharing her passion and bringing cheer to her customers and clients when they see happy designs on glassware, porcelain plates and other media that she paints on.

 

Just like sunshine and love, Amelia also hopes her bespoke gifts and craft workshops will bring warmth and smiles as family and friends share the good vibes around. Art is always a work in progress and she hopes to continue to find new inspiration for her creations.
