What is the lead time for orders?

As each gift is unique and bespoke, we do need time to understand your gifting needs and requests. Especially for portraits, we also need to choose and visualise how your photos would look before painting them. This process may take between 3-5 days.

Each craft item is also individually handpainted with several layers of paint and then fired in an oven to cure the colours. As such, please do allow us about 6-8 weeks in advance for an order to avoid disappointment.

During peak seasons (e.g. Christmas, Mother’s Day),  we might have a longer wait time. We highly encourage planning ahead for your gift requests and we really appreciate your patience with our pair of hands whilst we work on your gifts.

To place an order, please go to our order request form to provide the details of your gift request.

Why is there a price range?

With every different gift request, the design complexity differs. As such, do drop us a message with your requirements via our order request form and we will be able to better quote you a price.

I have an urgent gift request, can I still place an order?

We try our best to work on and complete every order as soon as we can. However, as each item is individually handpainted, sometimes our pair of hands might be limited to our current wait list schedule. Do drop us a message to see if we are able to fulfil your urgent items before sending in the order!

How do I take care of the handpainted gifts?

As our gifts are all handpainted, do keep our products happy by following the care instructions:

Glass Art

  • Hand wash all your handpainted glass items with mild soapy water, rinse, pat dry with kitchen towel and allow to air dry for best results. Avoid scrubbing with any abrasive materials.
  • Worried about food storage? No worries as painting the outside of the jar will allow for safe food storage as long as the food does not come in direct contact with a painted surface.

Plate Art

  • Hand wash all handpainted plate art with mild soapy water, rinse, pat dry with kitchen towel and allow to air dry for best results. Avoid scrubbing with any abrasive materials.
  • While paints used on our plate art are non-toxic, we do not recommend our plates for usage with food items.

How do I collect my gifts?

We highly encourage self-collection for your gifts upon notification when they are ready. Gift items can be picked up from Queenstown MRT or you are also welcome to drop by our home studio which is located 5 mins walk from the train station.

Do you provide delivery and gift wrapping services?

Yes, we provide door-to-door delivery services in Singapore at a small fee.

All our gifts are wrapped in protective packaging as they are fragile items. On top of our protective packaging, we do provide optional purchase of a fabric gift pouch or gift box for your gifting needs. We strive to be as earth-friendly as we can, as such our gift pouches and boxes do not contain any logos to encourage reusing and recycling.

Please indicate in our order request form should you require any of the above services.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept PayLah, PayNow and Direct Bank Transfer.

Upon confirmation of the order request, we will require you to send us a proof of payment to notify us that you have made payment so that we can start working on your order.

Can I pay cash on delivery?

Sorry, unfortunately we do not accept cash on delivery. As each item is personalised and customised specially for you, we can only accept advanced full payment before we process your order.
